He was predeceased by: his father David Beaty; his sister Carolyn Guffey; and his grandparents, Joe, Cora Beaty, Desra and Bertha Shelton.
He is survived by: his children, Devin Lee Beaty, Ryan Allen Beaty and Reese Alivia Beaty; his mother Gennie Beaty (Shelton); his brothers, Bobby Beaty and Richie Beaty (Ramona); and his nieces and nephews, Kristina Stephens (Burk Stephens), Morgan Baldwin (Keith), Blaine Beaty, Isaac Beaty and Logan Beaty.
