He was predeceased by: his wife Treva Marie Guffey; his parents, Lemo Guffey and Naomi Guffey (Bilbrey); his parents-in-law, Edmond and Willie Crisp (Adkins); and his siblings, Lenton Guffey, Denton Guffey, Glendon Dale Guffey and Clinton Guffey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Guffey and Jannie Mulaski (Joe); his grandchildren, Jessica Russell (Michael), Chandler Mulaski, Noah Mulaski and Allissa Mulaski; his great grandchildren, Millie Russell and Lovedon Russell; and his siblings, Kenneth Guffey, Lendon Guffey (Ruth), Clendon Guffey (CB), Quendon Guffey and Captola Guffey A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
