She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd Casada and Margaret Casada; and her husband Burt Winningham. She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Pullins (David) and Emily Winningham; her siblings, Karen Clark (Doyle), Kathy Huffman (Duane) and Terry Casada (Rhonda); and her grandchildren, Brandon Pullins (Kelsey), Tyler Pullins (Kary Grace), CJ Pullins, Jessica Atkins and Tiffany Winningham.
