He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Crowell and Annie Mae Fair Crowell; his wife Geneva Eaves Crowell; and his siblings, Virgie, Roberta, Glenda, Shirley, Paul, Billy and Danny.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Donnell of Greenfield, Sarah Jones (J. R.) of Obion, Robert Lee Crowell (Kelly) of Greenfield and Thomas S. Crowell of Yorkville; and his siblings, Bobby Crowell (Patricia) of Obion, Patsy Dean of Trimble, Linda Eaves (Jimmy) of Troy and Darlene Crowell of Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
