He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Guy; and his grandfathers, Howard Guy (Christine) and Neal Jones (Maggie). He is survived by: his mother Shirley Guy Bynum; his stepfather Terry Bynum; his brothers, Ron Guy (Trisha) of Camden and Randall Guy of Sharon, Tennessee.; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Simmons (Chris) of Italy, Captain Trace Guy of Nevada and Kimberly Blair of Jacksonville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by his family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Ken-Tenn Humane Society of Fulton, Kentucky.
