He is survived by: his wife Jean Cook of Greenfield; his children, Stephanie Baggett (James) of Clarksville and Jason Fortner of Greenfield; his grandsons, Logan and Owen Baggett; and his siblings, Tammy Holt of Paris, Kenny Cook of Trezevant and Royce Cook (Penny) of Dukedom. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
