He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Puckett and Grace Lee Puckett; and his sister Jeanette Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Puckett; and his children, Mitch Skeleton (Rebekah) of Greenfield, Terri Flowers (James) of Greenfield and Sherri Puckett of Greenfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Brock's Cemetery.
