She was predeceased by: her husband George Wesley Phillips; and her parents, Dude Dilday and Irene Dilday. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Phillips of Greenfield, TN and Marilyn Stephenson of Missouri; and her sisters, Martha Sellars of Dresden, TN and Betty Jane Guthrie of Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
