He is survived by: his son Josh Hayes of Dresden, TN; his mother Ann Hayes of Greenfield; his stepdaughter Crystal Medina (Julie Freeze) of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Carolyn Hayes of Greenfield, TN and James Hayes (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Joshua Darrell Hayes, Aiden Hayes and Maylynn Hayes; and his stepgrandchildren, Abigail Hankins, Darrell Andrew Ellison and Myles Anderson.
