It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Moncier of Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Blevins and Bessie Jane Fox. He is survived by: his stepfather Robert Moncier; his sister Betty Conduff; his wife Doris B. Moncier; his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Karen Moncier; his grandchildren, Mark Allen Ryder (Rose Blann) and Brittany Burnham (DJ); his great grandchildren, Elliot, Liam Ryder and Serenity Burnham; his nieces and nephews, Christy Tillman (Bill) and Amy Morgan; his son Max Shaevitz (Linda); his close friends, Wayne, Judy Bettis, Carmen Ricker, Nancy Harrison, David Schmelzer, Dennis Hunley, Glena Shelton, Ronnie Fox, Willis Scott and Wesley Holt; and his friend Ronnie.
