He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Creak and William Booth. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sheena Lane; his children, Zachary Booth of Jonesborough, Summer Booth, Alyssa Booth and Brooke Booth; and his stepson Joseph Keefer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
