He is survived by: his sisters, Margie Hawk of Chicago, IL, Rebecca (Ray Tarlton) of Greeneville and Karen Carrier of Greeneville; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Burkey and Larry Carrier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
