He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenith Shipley and Loretta Fox Shipley; and his siblings, Donald Shipley and Vivian Thompson (Don Moore). He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Wallen; his children, Robert Shipley (Paige), Kim Campbell, Cynthia Jennings (Rufus) and Sarah Shipley; his siblings, Jackie Shipley (Kathy), Viola Moore, Marcella DeVault and Mary Knight (Gerald); his siblings-in-law, Donnie Thompson and Judy Shipley; his uncles, Boyd, Bufford and Bobby Fox; his aunt Roslaind Fox; his close friends, Billy and Kathy Templeton; and his pets, Sassy and Buddy. He is also survived by grandchildren & great grandchildren.
