He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pierce Parker Blazer; his daughters, Cindy Sills (Mike) and Lisa Butler (Jeff); his grandchildren, Audrey and Justin Butler; his brother Milburn Blazer (Andrea); his stepchildren, Terri Reynolds (Rocky) and Marty Parker (Misty); his stepgrandchildren, Katie Jones and Dusty Mercer; his close friend Dr. Mike O'dell (Jeanie); and his pet Maggie Mae.
