He was predeceased by: his mother Frona Parker; his aunt Jessie McCreery; and his brothers, Billy Ray McCurry of North Carolina and Bud Parker of Virginia. He is survived by: his significant other Jill Parker; his children, Eric Parker (Stephanie) and Erica Brown (Randy); his grandchildren, Jacob Parker of Greeneville, Sidney Parker of Greeneville, Tyler Brown of Greeneville, Elijah Brown of Greeneville and Isaac Brown of Greeneville; his sister-in-law Judy McCurry of North Carolina; and his friends, Karen Strange, Charlie Strange, Nikki Fellars, Terry Kidd, Fran Alexander, Ray Adams, Marshall Weems, Bill Bradley and Mary Sue Brakebill. He is also survived by loving husband; the greatest father two children.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Isaiah House or the local Food Bank.
