He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Smith; his children, Billy Lynn Smith and Tammy Jane Bender; his grandchildren, Karry Smith, Tristan Ivan Bender, Michaela Bender and Adrianna Giglio; his siblings, Mitzi Hayes (Roger), Debbie Griffey (Joe), Judy Gosnell (Richard), Eddie Smith, Ronnie Smith and Gary Smith; his siblings-in-law, Bobby Laws and Trish Malone; and his great-nieces, Nicole Watts, Jasmine Watts, Courtney Watts and Sabrina Watts. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
