He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Greene (Todd), Thomas Foulks, Jr. (Sheila) and Darren Foulks; his grandchildren, Amanda, Aleah Greene, Kimberly Miller, Andrew Foulks and Thomas Bales; his sisters, Lynnette Fillers (John) and Doris Simmons; his son-in-law Lee Bales; his brother-in-law Powell Weems (Jill); and his close friends, Jerry, Beverly Lovegrove and Bruce Lemons (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
