Collins and Kathy Kiker Collins; his sister Tammy Klepper (David); his niece Bethany King (Jimmy); his great-niece Adylie Klepper; his great-nephews, Jordan Dotson Jr., Brodie King and Aiden King; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Austin, Barbara Kiker, Janie Collins, Danny Collins (Susan) and Randy Wilson; his cousins, Tessa Kiker, Chad Kesterson, Fonnie Collins, Brandy Taylor, Tonya, Tara and Josh Marshall; his mother-in-law Jackie Metcalf; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Wilhoit and Douglas Metcalf; and his close friend Shannon Wills. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
