Stevie was predeceased by: daughter Savannah Shirley Willis; grandson Claude Taylor; parents, Sammie Junior Willis and Eudema Ruth Grooms; stepfather Wilbur Grooms; and brothers, Jimmy Lee Willis and Andy Allen Grooms.

Stevie is survived by: children, Connie Sue Bowlin, Suella Willis, Cheyenne Willis, Gracie "Mater" Willis, Joshua Wayne Willis and Stevie Allen Lee Willis; siblings, Sammie (Amy Willis), Terry Junior (Melissa Willis), Randy (Amanda Grooms) and Mary Ruth Shelton; caregiver Shirley McIntosh; grandchild Many; and close friends, James Metcalf and Dewayne Bales.
