She was predeceased by: her husband Carson Breeden; her son Steven Glenn Smith; her siblings, Michelle Maples and James Allen Maples; and the father of her children Steve Moore.
She is survived by: her parents, James Maples and Geraldine Maples; her sons, Nicholas Moore (Sierra) and James Dakota Moore (Debbie); her granddaughter Jazlen Moore; and her siblings, Sandra Banks, Gilbert Wayne Maples (Darlene), Tina Wright (Eric), Samantha Malone (Brad), Gerald Smith (Terrie), Lonnie Maples and Thomas Smith (Samantha). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
