He is survived by: his nephew Shane (Kristy Matthews); his great-nephew Cole Matthews; his cousins, Louise Gass, Ginger Goins and Wanda Lee Wilhoit; his close friends, Joel Holland, Scott Swift, Myron Bernard, Kelly Halstead and Circle Drive; and his pet Emmy Lou.
