It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Lee Carmer of Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy A. Ball and Clara E. Ball (Woods) of Greeneville; her son Roger Douglas Bowman (Doug) of Greeneville; her siblings, Carolyn Ball, Janice Cox, Billy Ball, Stanley Ball, Tracy Ball and David Ball; and her former spouses, Eddie Greene, Steve Bowman and Philip Devoti.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Lee Carmer; her children, William Edward Greene (Eddie), Stacey (Galum Pridemore), Jeannie Jeffers and Amanda (Terry Loftin); her grandchildren, Dustin Edward Greene, Victoria Elizabeth (Torie), Tyler Sentelle, Kimberly Jeffers, Ryan Jeffers and Emily Loftin; and her siblings, Mitzi Belle, Nancy Shelton, Betty Beggs, Bernice Johnson, Ricky Ball and Bobby Ball.
