We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2021, at the age of 78, Sara Joy Valk (Greeneville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Winget and Kathleen Winget; her former husband R. Kenneth Shipman; her sons, Ken and Chad Shipman; her grandchild Jacinda Festin; and her husband Nick.
