She was predeceased by: her grandchild Angel Waddell; her parents, Albert Higgins and Flora Higgins Norton; and her parents-in-law, William "Bill" and Della Waddell.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Waddell; her sons, Andy Waddell (Jennifer) and William Waddell (Jacquelyn); her brother Ralph Higgins (Cynthia); her sisters-in-law, Carol Ann Waddell-Pursley (Paul) of Pittsburgh and Judy Waddell; and her half-siblings, Mike Norton, David Cox, Wayne Norton and Kathy Lamb. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
