He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Max, Margie Douthat, Bob Smith, Lois Smith, Carl, Dorothy Morelock, RJ and Mary Sue Knight.
He is survived by: his parents, Maxi Douthat and Lewis Morelock; his sister Abbi Morelock; his grandparents, Terry, Judy Douthat, Sammy and Diana Morelock; his aunt Karleen; his uncle Paul Kilday; his great-uncle Chris (Page Douthat); and his cousins, Maddie Kilday, Amie Douthat Goins and Christopher Douthat.
