He was predeceased by: his children, Pamela Hardin and Rodney Bauer; his son-in-law Rowdy Gifford; and his granddaughter Kaitlyn Aiello. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bauer; his daughters, Katrina Gifford, Linda Smith (Susan Cline) and Kimberley (Rick Shults); and his grandchildren, Brandy Smith, Shannon Hardin, Barry Hardin, Tyler Aiello, Zachary Shults and Dylan Shults. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home (1125 Tusculum Blvd, Greeneville, TN 37745).
