She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Shelton; and her parents, Rosa Cogburn and Cecil Harmon. She is survived by: her children, Charles Delph and Shanda Carpenter; her grandchildren, Kiahya Githens, Korben Githens and Hayden Richards; her great grandchild Judah Rhodes; her sisters, Linda Berry, Ethel Mitchell (Will) and Jennifer Necessary; her nephews, Brandon Harmon and Cecil Ray Cooter; and also Annie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
