He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannie Helton Wills; his parents, Clarence Wills and Mamie Wills; and his siblings, Clarence "Junior" Wills and Donnie Wills.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Wills and Brad R. Wills; his grandson Noah Wills; his stepsons, Jason Gray and Chris Gray; and his stepgrandchildren, Peyton, Tyler, Alex, Hayley and Ava.
