He is survived by: his wife Debbie Waddell; his son Justin Waddell; his granddaughter Heather Treadway; his son Zaylee; his brothers, Terry Waddell of Greeneville and Jack Waddell of Greeneville; his sister-in-law Jackie Waddell; his mother-in-law Dean Johnson of Tusculum; his siblings-in-law, Lisa and James Strange of Afton; his close friends, Phillip Lowe and Harold Gregg; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
