He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillip Jennings and Mary Katharine Jennings (Fanning); his siblings, Vienna Byrd, George Tignor, Edward Clifton Jennings, Thomas Nolan Jennings, Donnie House, Lenieve Reeves and Walter Jennings; his nieces and nephews, Janet Baker, Bobbie Jennings, Butch Jennings, Ernie Tignor, Roger House, Faye Alan Byrd and Betty Anne Byrd; and his sister-in-law Betty Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Ramsey of Greeneville; his son Timothy Phillip Jennings (Becky) of Enfield; his grandchildren, Brady Phillip Jennings of Kingston, Beatrice Rose Jennings of Woodstock, Vermont, Bryan Robert Ramsey (Rachel), Mason Lee Ramsey of Greystone, Madison Arlene Ramsey of Greystone and Lauren Jeffers of Greystone; his brother-in-law Bobby Ramsey of Greeneville; his nieces and nephews, Eddie House, Hal Jennings, Sherene Garland, Terri Arnold, Tommy Jennings, Jackie Jennings, Carol Dunbar, Tim Reeves, Doug Reeves, Susan Day, Linda Farmer and Larry Byrd; and his daughter Karen Jones of Greeneville.
