He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Henderson and Lucille Henderson; his wife Daisy Henderson; and his sons, Allen Henderson of South Carolina and Gerald Price of Chuckey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Evelyn Greer of Elizabethton, Frances (Martin Diaz), Ruth Ann Price (Kenneth) of Greeneville and Wanda Price of Telford; his niece Jackie Miller; his nephew Johnny Miller; his close friend Rev. Earl Bailey; his sisters-in-law, Charlene and Cathy; and his close friends, Bobby Landers and Margaret Owens. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
