She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Benko, Sr.; her parents, Thomas Smith and Catherine Smith; and her siblings, Thomas, Paul, Michael, Mary Senik, Catherine Sapienza and Joan Lukitsch.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Benko of Nashville, Kathy (Art Long), Virginia, Becky (Kim Chamberlin), John F. Benko Jr. of Johnson City and Mark; her daughter-in-law Martie Benko of Greeneville; and her grandchildren, Mark W. Benko, Jr. of Knoxville, Tracie Thompson of Tampa, Ben Benko of Greeneville, Brian Benko of Tampa, Mary Benko of Greeneville, Eric Chamberlin of Knoxville and Kevin Chamberlin of Crossville. She is also survived by Other relatives include several great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
