He was predeceased by: his parents, James Morgan and Zelma Saluda Cheek. He is survived by: his former wife Bridget Cheek; his children, Charleston Cheek, Nichole Solomon (Jon), Shawn Cheek and Richie Cheek; his brother Randy Cheek (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Chelsey Waddell (Ty), Bailey Cheek, Tanner Cheek, Dallas Solomon, Zellie Cheek, Peyton Cheek, Raigon Cheek and Isaiah Cheek; his nephew Jordan Cheek; and his niece Emily Cheek.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
