He was predeceased by: his mother Gina Cobble Briscoe; his sister Bethany Briscoe; and his grandparents, Tom and Rosa Briscoe. He is survived by: his father Richard Briscoe (Shellie) of Johnson City; his siblings, Brittony Briscoe (Colin Campbell) of Knoxville and Byron Briscoe (Taylor); his nieces, Akira and Saoirse Briscoe; his grandparents, C. M. and Carole Cobble; his aunts and uncles, Jeff (Sheri Cobble) of Afton, Sonya (Mark Higgs) of Afton, Jason (Brandy Cobble) of Afton, Jon Cobble of Afton and Tara Leigh Cobble of Dallas, TX; and his great-aunt Darlene Moreton of Florida.
