He is survived by: his wife Martha Lafollette; his stepsons, Millard Kitzmiller (Shannon) and Roy Kitzmiller (Ann); his stepgranddaughter Sarah Kemp (Trevor); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gabriel Ray and Della Kemp; and his siblings-in-law, David Greer (Geretha) and Cora Blair (Jeff). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
