He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Seaton and Lockie Humphreys Seaton; his wife Mary Ruth Seaton; his daughter Christine Knight; his siblings, Donald Seaton, Bruce Seaton, Josephine Ball, Valena Wykle and Doris Seaton; and his brothers-in-law, Troy Ball, Mont Wykle and Joe Faulkner.
He is survived by: his sons, Lyman Seaton (Sandy) and Frankie Seaton of Greeneville; his siblings, Robert Seaton (Willie Kate) of Greeneville and Lavon Faulkner of Chuckey; his sisters-in-law, Jean Seaton of Tusculum and Mazel Seaton of Greeneville; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Mike Cruey, Kevin, Roxanne Knight, Tammy, Nathan Armstrong, Bryan Seaton, Corey, Dawn Yokley, Chris, Kristen Seaton, Matthew Seaton, Ben, Dana Seaton, Bradley Seaton and Braden Seaton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
