He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Conner and Willie Mae Bishop Conner; and his sisters, Mary Etta Conner and Ina Lee Conner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Conner; his children, Ben Conner and Kristen; his son-in-law Neal Blair; his grandson Daniel Blair; his sister Sandra; his brother-in-law Michael Justis; his brothers, Danny (Ola Faye Conner) and Tommy (JoAnn Conner); his father-in-law Herbert Wills; his niece April Taylor; his nephew Jonathan Justis; and also, Michelle, Ron Fitzsimmons, Whitney, Jacob Hause, Chelsey and Taylor Smith.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743). A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the GreeneLawn Memory Gardens (4159 Asheville Hwy, Greeneville, TN 37743).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aidnet of Greene County, organizations supporting veterans, or other charitable organizations in Randy's memory.
