He was predeceased by: his wife Phine Hollomon Britton; his parents, Tine Britton and Leeta Luttrell Britton; his son Ben Britton; his daughter-in-law Cindi Britton; and his brother Billy Britton.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Britton Kemp (Mike) of Murray, KY, Ed Britton (Elizabeth) of Baton Rouge, LA and Mark Britton of Greeneville; his daughter-in-law Susan Britton of Morristown; his grandchildren, Courtney Britton (Chris), Trevor Britton (Andrea), Ethan Britton (Sarah), Leeta Batlle (Logan) and Gus Britton; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn Britton, Bradie Batlle, Kidd Britton, Beau Batlle and Charlotte Britton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, dear cousins, and special friends.
Due to Covid-19 resurgence, the graveside service at GreeneLawn will be limited to immediate family.
