He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Bailey; his parents, Reggie Bailey and Dorothy Bailey; and his siblings, Grady Bailey, Lowell Bailey, Dewey Bailey, Reggie Bailey, Jr., Beulah Mills, Betty Rean Bailey and Jewell Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Darlene Bailey; and his children, Pam (Don Pratt), Tonya (Joe Pierce), Sharon (Ronnie Henderson), Tony Bailey, Delores (Bobby Wright), Rocky (Terry) and Muncey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
