She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Cecil Kenneth Foster and Lois Sue Aldridge Foster; her brother Earnest Lyle Foster; her daughter Tammy Renia Wiles; and her grandparents, Arlie and Edna Sexton Aldridge.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Bowen; her sister Rebecca Faith Beard (Calvin Beard); her children, Angela Wiles (Dwayne Bryant), Matthew Mortenson and Salvador Rodriguez; and her granddaughters, Kayla Rodriguez and Hannah Bryant. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews and many adopted family friends.
