He was predeceased by: his daughter Jeanielynn Roark Hunt; his parents, Hal Williams and Sylvia Manuel Rogers; and his siblings, Amelia Mechan and Marcellous "Toe" Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Anna "Annie" C Rogers; his children, Brandon Roark, La'Star Rogers and Nashala Livingston; his grandchildren, Sylvia Hunt, Amelia Hunt, Bentley Roark, Raniya Livingston and Ahv-Onna Livingston; his siblings, Anna Neil Maddox and Richard; his siblings-in-law, Thelma Ford, Phyllis Rogers, Kenneth Dwayne Peters and April Tolley; his mother-in-law Jean Peters (Hugh Hunt III); his brother-in-law Gene Maddox; and his pet Bama. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
