He was predeceased by: his wife Debra LaFollette Colyer; his father Author "Dick" Colyer; and his brother Darryl Colyer Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, April Stills and Amanda (James Beamer II); his grandchildren, Stephen Livingston Jr., Joseph Stills, Debra Beamer and Jacob Beamer; his mother Louise Colyer; and his sister Marsha Colyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
