He was predeceased by: his parents, Bloomy Blake and Mary Bright Blake; his siblings, Glenn, Doyle, Kline Blake, Ina Robertson, Dorothy Keen and Bessie Egan; and his niece Lesa McDonald Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Moore Blake; his sons, Clark Blake of Columbus, Kevin Blake of Kingsport and Travis Blake (Courtney) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his granddaughters, Ivy and Erin Brame-Blake of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law.
