It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Sue Bowser (Greeneville, Tennessee), who passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Ruth Penley and Taylor Cleve Penley; and her siblings, Beatrice "Bea" Penley, Dorsey, Carson "Cos" and James "Jim" Penley.
She is survived by: her husband Rickie Bowser; her children, Pamela Wendling (Rodney), Heather Lawson (Barry) and Doug Bowser (Nikki Lucas); her granddaughters, Janay Lawson and Brittany Wendling (Jacob Adams); her great grandchild Nathaniel Adams; her siblings, Bonnie Guy and Clint Penley (Martha); and her close friend Nellie Christian.
