She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Benvie and Ruth Cotter; and her siblings, Cheryl Fischer and Steven Benvie. She is survived by: her husband Terry W. Gardiner; her daughters, Kendra Gardiner and Kimberly Weatherbee; her son-in-law Adam Weatherbee; her sister Susan Benvie; and her grandchildren, Brady, Alexandra Weatherbee, Kenzie and Jacob Luster of Greenville, TN.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
