He is survived by: his wife Vickie Baugh; his children, Ted Baugh of Bloomington, IN, Tom Baugh of Bloomington, IN, Cody (Chloe Baugh) and Shannon; his son-in-law Oggie Townsend of Elizabethton, TN; his grandchildren, Brad Townsend, Dylan Townsend, Lottie Baugh and Lorelai Baugh; his sister Wilma Cardwell; and his niece Gloria Cochran.
