It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Carter of Greeneville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Fritta Carter; and her sons-in-law, Roger Wright and Jackie Seay. She is survived by: her children, Linnis Wright, Virginia (Clifford Carter), Christiane Seay, Eva Carter, Bernice Foulks, Nathan (Patricia Carter), Doyle (Charleen Carter), Janetta (Roger Shipley), Mark (Jada Carter) and Carroll Carter; and also Lee Fann. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
