He is survived by: his wife Jewel Pratt Bell; his children, Rodney Leon Bell (Emily), Kimberly Bell Steele and Bradley Paul Bell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Lyndsey Sarah Bell, Sydney Leah Bell, Ashley Dean Steele, George Austin Steele, Lucy Hebb Self (Blake), Jessica Marie Seabright and Nickolus Allan Seabright (Shelby); and his brother Paul Owens Bell. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
