It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Lee Horton of Greeneville, Tennessee, born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Horton and Sarah Horton. He is survived by: his children, JoAnne Horton White and Edward Horton; his daughter-in-law Jackie Horton; his grandchildren, Chad Waddell (Lindsay), Eric White (Katelyn), Victoria Hedrick (Chase), Rodney Spillman (Christy), D. J. Morrison (Sara) and Candy Spillman; his great grandchildren, Zoey Waddell, Desmond Waddell, Liam White, Samantha Cruz, Morgan Spillman, Madison Spillman, Zach Gunter, Alexis Spillman and Kinsley Spillman; his sister Patsy; his brother-in-law J. R. Bailey; his sister Ruth Dalton; his nephew Ernie Roberts (Judy); his close friend Laura Saladino; his wife Inge Horton; his daughter Patricia Horton; and his siblings, Carson Horton, Coy Horton, Betty Jo Roberts, Nell Davis and Wilma Jean Horton.
