He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Bailey and Virginia Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Bailey; his daughters, Sharon Bailey (Manoj Marathe) of Winston-Salem, NC and Mary Ann; his son-in-law Steve Hall of Baileyton; his son Kenneth Bailey, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sandy of Greeneville; his grandchildren, Grace McLane of San Francisco, CA, John McLane of Jersey City, NJ, Troy Hall of Atlanta, GA, Meredith Bailey of Greeneville, Lauren Bailey of Greeneville and Kenneth "Trey" Bailey, III of Greeneville; his brother Charles "Rob" Bailey of Baileyton; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Steadman; his close friends, Mike Reed of Morristown, Bill Carlyle of Morristown and Bobby Broyles of Chuckey; and his grandsons, Drew Hall and Trey Bailey. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Mr. Bailey's funeral services will be private.
